Explosion-proof control box is designed for extremely harsh industrial hazardous areas with the feature of high anti-corrosion, water-protection and dust-protection to fully meet the requirements by the chemical, petroleum and offshore industries.
Explosion-proof control box is manufactured from aluminum-alloy and painted grey for outside surface. IP66/67/68 with the use of a silicone O-ring mounted in the groove of the lid. Windows are made of glass with 4 Joule tested. The empty enclosures are certified according to the IEC60079 series with equipment protection level Gb and Db and suitable for use in a hazardous area zone 1/21 and zone 2/22. The enclosures available in 9 sizes.

The outside of the enclosure is painted in RAL 7035 (grey) with a thickness less than 0.2 mm (0.01 in)

★ Lid closure: The fasteners used for closing the lid on the body are made of stainless steel A4-70
★ Windows: The windows are made of glass. The glass has been tested on 4 Joule
